These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jl25 ("jl25", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl25.net. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jl25 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jl25 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl25 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your jl25 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC compliance. jl25 processes withdrawal requests to GCash within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Source of Funds: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jl25 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. jl25 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a jl25 deposit is a breach of these Terms. jl25 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any amounts subject to a chargeback.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jl25 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your jl25 account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl25 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jl25 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl25 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl25 platform without the prior written consent of jl25.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl25 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the jl25 platform, even if jl25 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl25 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The jl25 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall jl25's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl25 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to jl25) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no legal hold applies.

You may close your jl25 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
